Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at hello@cistarkids.com to initiate your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we are unable to process a refund, exchange or offer store credit. If the packaging is damaged or missing, we are unable to process a refund, exchange or offer store credit.ย
All returns for a refund have a shipping label fee, which will be deducted from the total refund.
Damaged Items
If any items from your order arrive damaged, please notify us within one week of delivery. Email a photo of the shipping box, the damaged item, and a description of the damage to hello@cistarkids.comย within this timeframe.
To return a damaged item, it must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please note, if upon receiving the return we determine that the damage was due to poor handling rather than a manufacturing malfunction, we will be unable to accept the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processes. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.ย Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit.
